Dr. Ivan Chan, DDS
General Dentist & Practice Owner
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Sacramento, Dr. Ivan Chan earned his biology degree from UC San Diego before completing his DDS at the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. He comes from a family of dentists and brings a deep passion for patient-centered care.
Dr. Chan provides comprehensive general dentistry including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and implant-related care. He listens to your concerns, explains options clearly, and creates personalized treatment plans that align with your goals, timeline, and budget.
Before opening his practice, Dr. Chan volunteered with Student-Run Free Dental Clinics in San Diego and provided care aboard the USNS Mercy Hospital Ship with the U.S. Navy. He also completed dental mission trips to rural communities in Mexico. He is a member of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association.
